Our bathroom was not supplied with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner etc. First thing the clerk at the desk double booked our room, we went to our room only to find other people's belongings in the room not so much a big deal for us as they fixed it quickly but how would that person feel if the knew strangers were in their room free to take and rummage through their things when they believe their belongings were safe ? Onto the room that was actually ours., we stayed on the fifth floors and my view is obscured by a wall and I front of the wall is the building ventilation system but as seeing your here for the casino the view isn't a great big deal and if that is for you the river isn't much to look at as it is dried up. I am reviewing my stay at the hotel not the casino itself. Let me first say the casino is fantastic, I have been coming here a long time and they have made major improvements.
